Yes, we are required to obtain this by law, any client using our office address services or call handling services must supply valid ID documents and proof of thier residental address. It’s easy and simple to submit what is required securely via our encrypted upload service.Click here.

Yes, you can collect your post at your convenience during our business hours. It’s always best to contact reception beforehand to check what you're collecting is available and has not been forwarded to you. You will need to bring photo ID to collect any items.

We use Royal Mail to send anything from a letter up to 2KG. We only charge what Royal Mail advertise on their website or less. We also don’t charge for envelopes, etc., like other providers!

Anything larger than 2KG is sent via FedEx or Parcel Force at our discounted rates.

Setup is instant, as soon as payment is completed, you can use your address service right away. Please note we are not able to forward anything to you until your ID documents have been approved.

We will contact you via email, letting you know someone has visited and if they leave a message. Rest assured, we would never give out your forwarding address or any personal details.
