We open, scan and email you any mail sent from Companies House or HM Revenue & Customs addressed to your Company. This is done the same working day it arrives. You can request the physical copy if required.

Set up your new company or update your existing Registered Office address. If you have not yet formed your company, you can register it with Companies House using your new office address. For existing businesses, simply update your Registered Office details with Companies House.
3. Verify
We will request the details of your registered company and then securely collect identification documents for all relevant individuals. These documents are required by law and are handled confidentially by our system.
4. Complete
Once all information has been verified, you will receive confirmation that your account is active. We will begin handling and forwarding your mail in line with your selected package immediately.

Anything larger than 2KG is sent via FedEx or Parcel Force at our discounted rates.
Setup is instant, as soon as payment is completed, you can use your address service right away. Please note we are not able to forward anything to you until your ID documents have been approved.
